These Terms govern access to FF SHOP and purchases of the digital products listed on this website. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. Last updated: 7 November 2026.

1. The store and its products

FF SHOP sells the gaming gift cards, game keys, top-ups, subscription codes and Google Play redeem codes described in its catalog. Our supply model uses commercial brand/supplier relationships and API-based digital fulfilment. Products are subject to availability and the relevant issuer's redemption terms. Brand names, logos and artwork remain their owners' property; their display does not itself establish an endorsement or certification of FF SHOP.

Check the product's platform, country or region, denomination, validity, required account details and redemption restrictions before paying. A product cannot be used for a platform, region or purpose excluded by its issuer. FF SHOP does not provide wagering, betting, casino services or cash-prize participation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally competent to enter a contract in India. If you are a minor, purchases must be made through a parent or legal guardian responsible for the account and transaction. Provide accurate information, use only authorised payment instruments, keep credentials private and comply with applicable law and the product's rules.

Email is used for account verification and password recovery. A checkout mobile number is a payment-contact detail, not a request for mobile OTP verification by FF SHOP. Your bank or payment provider may separately require authentication. Do not share passwords, email OTPs, PINs or complete payment credentials with support.

3. Prices, checkout and order records

Prices and the total payable are shown in INR before payment. The checkout total includes the compulsory charges shown for that order; do not proceed if the product, quantity, region or total is incorrect. Any applicable offer conditions are displayed with the offer. An order number records your request; it does not alone confirm payment or delivery.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have reviewed its details and accepted the Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy shown at checkout. We retain a timestamp and policy-version record with the transaction. Products and quantities may be limited to prevent misuse. An obvious listing or pricing error may be corrected before supply; if a confirmed payment cannot be fulfilled, the applicable refund process applies.

4. Payment and transaction verification

Use only the payment methods actually displayed at checkout. Depending on the option offered, payments may be processed by Cashfree, Razorpay, Paytm Payment Gateway, Zaakpay, Easebuzz or another identified provider. Only the provider selected for the transaction processes it; a provider name is not a promise that every provider or method is available for every purchase. Payment providers apply their own authentication, security and payment terms.

FF SHOP does not store full card numbers, CVVs, card PINs or UPI PINs. Payment must be confirmed against the payment provider's records before a real order qualifies for fulfilment. A browser-return screen, bank debit alert or customer screenshot alone is not a confirmed order payment. If a status is unclear, check My Orders and contact support before paying again.

Test mode: A checkout or confirmation marked Test mode uses a payment-provider sandbox. It does not collect a real payment or issue a redeemable code. A confirmed test transaction receives a clearly marked test-only email; it is not proof of a real purchase or delivery.

5. Digital fulfilment

Products are supplied electronically. After a real payment is confirmed and the product is issued, the code appears in the customer's My Orders area and is sent to the registered email. A top-up may instead be applied to the product-specific game account provided at purchase. No physical dispatch or shipping charge applies unless a listing expressly says otherwise.

Any delivery estimate stated on the product or checkout page is relevant to that order. Issuer, supplier, account or payment issues can affect fulfilment. If an order cannot be supplied, contact support for fulfilment or an eligible cancellation and refund. An accepted email send does not guarantee inbox placement; check My Orders and spam folders. A code made available in your account must be kept confidential and redeemed through the issuer's official instructions.

6. Cancellations, refunds and consumer remedies

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy covers undelivered or defective supply, invalid or incorrect codes, duplicate confirmed charges and orders cancelled by FF SHOP. Valid digital codes that have been disclosed or redeemed generally cannot be cancelled for a change of mind. This restriction does not remove remedies for defective, deficient, misdescribed or late supply, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Approved refunds are routed through the payment provider to the original payment method. Issuing banks and payment networks control the final posting time. We provide available refund references and updates; customers may also use their bank's or payment provider's lawful complaint and dispute process.

7. Fraud prevention and dispute evidence

We record relevant account, checkout, order, payment and delivery information to reconcile transactions, prevent unauthorised activity and investigate disputes. This can include the checkout IP address, browser/device information, supplied payment contact, policy acceptance, provider references and fulfilment/email records, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Relevant evidence may be shared with the selected payment provider, acquiring/issuing bank, card network or a competent authority when necessary for a transaction, dispute or lawful request.

Do not use stolen payment instruments, impersonate another person, misuse codes, bypass transaction controls or submit false payment or delivery claims. We may restrict unlawful or unauthorised activity and cooperate with the payment provider or authorities. No contractual term prevents a customer from making a genuine complaint or exercising a lawful remedy.

8. Responsibility and service changes

FF SHOP remains responsible for addressing product, fulfilment and refund issues within its scope. The relevant issuer controls redemption and use of its product, while payment providers and banks control their payment services. We do not exclude liability, guarantees or consumer remedies that applicable law makes non-excludable.

Changes to these Terms are published here and apply to later purchases unless law requires otherwise. The Terms accepted for a completed transaction remain recorded with that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law. The Consumer Protection Act, applicable e-commerce rules and other mandatory rights prevail over an inconsistent contractual term. Jurisdiction and complaint rights available to consumers under applicable law are not restricted by these Terms.
