Help with an order

Include the order reference, registered email, product name, relevant dates and a short description of the issue. For a redemption error, attach the issuer's error message or a screenshot with sensitive information hidden. For a payment issue, include the payment or refund reference.

Never send a password, email OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, full card number or a complete redeemable code in an ordinary support message.

• Check your registered email and its spam folder.
