What can I buy?

The gaming gift cards, game keys, subscriptions, top-ups and Google Play redeem codes displayed in the catalog. Check each product's platform, region, denomination, validity and redemption instructions before paying.

How do I sign in?

Use your email to verify the account and set or recover a password. FF SHOP does not send an OTP to the mobile number entered as a payment contact. The bank or payment provider may require its own authentication.

How do I pay?

Use an available option displayed at checkout and review the INR total. The provider shown for that transaction processes the payment. Do not treat an order number, a screenshot or a bank debit alert alone as confirmed payment.

When and where is my product delivered?

Products are supplied digitally after payment confirmation and fulfilment. Issued codes appear in My Orders and are sent to the registered email. Where a product is an account top-up, it is supplied to the account specified for that product. No physical shipping applies.

What does Test mode mean?

Test mode: A checkout or confirmation marked Test mode uses a payment-provider sandbox. It does not collect a real payment or issue a redeemable code. A confirmed test transaction receives a clearly marked test-only email; it is not proof of a real purchase or delivery.

What if a payment or code has a problem?

Check My Orders before paying again. For a failed redemption or missing delivery, contact support@ffshop.games with the order and relevant payment/error references. Hide secrets and the full code from attachments. Refund or replacement eligibility is explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Why are transaction details recorded?

Order, payment and necessary checkout/delivery records help complete purchases, reconcile payments and investigate genuine disputes or suspected fraud. The Privacy Policy explains the information, its use and retention.

How do I raise a formal grievance?

Use the Grievance Officer and complaint process in the Terms and Conditions.
