Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to the digital products purchased from FF SHOP. Review the region, platform, denomination, validity and redemption requirements before authorising payment. Last updated: 7 November 2026.
Digital products and cancellation
A valid code may become usable as soon as it is disclosed and may not be recoverable after redemption. A disclosed, valid or redeemed code is therefore generally not cancellable for a change of mind, an incorrect customer selection or an incompatible customer account. This does not exclude remedies for defective, deficient or misdescribed supply, late supply under applicable law, or any other mandatory consumer right.
Refund or replacement eligibility
- A real payment is confirmed but the purchased product is not delivered and FF SHOP cannot fulfil the order.
- The supplied code was invalid, inactive, previously redeemed, incorrect, or inconsistent with the purchased denomination, platform or stated region when delivered.
- Duplicate confirmed charges were made for the same order.
- FF SHOP cancels an order before supply after receiving a real payment.
- A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or a binding decision of a competent authority.
Depending on the issue and your applicable rights, we will arrange correction, replacement or refund. We may obtain relevant issuer, supplier and payment records to establish what happened; this does not waive your consumer rights.
How to request help
Email support@ffshop.games promptly with your order number, registered email, product and a clear description of the problem. For a redemption error, include the issuer's error message or a screenshot with sensitive details hidden. For duplicate debits, include both payment references. Keep the original error and do not share or repeatedly attempt a disputed code while it is investigated.
Check My Orders and the registered email's spam folder for an already issued code. Never send a password, OTP, PIN, CVV, full card number or a complete redeemable code in an ordinary support message.
Failed, pending and debited payments
A bank debit alone does not establish a confirmed order payment. If payment is pending or failed, check My Orders and contact support before repeating it. Reversals of unsuccessful payments are handled by the bank/payment provider under the applicable payment-system process. We will help reconcile the order and share available references.
Refund route and timing
Approved refunds are initiated through the payment provider to the original payment method. They are not paid to a different person, bank account or wallet. Once initiated, the final credit time depends on the payment method, issuing bank, provider and applicable payment-network rules. We share the available refund reference and status; any estimate communicated for a particular refund is not a guaranteed bank-posting time.
If a refund does not arrive within the timeline communicated by the provider or bank, contact support with the order and refund references. Your bank's and payment provider's lawful complaint and dispute processes remain available. We do not require you to give up a valid chargeback or statutory remedy.
Test mode
Test mode: A checkout or confirmation marked Test mode uses a payment-provider sandbox. It does not collect a real payment or issue a redeemable code. A confirmed test transaction receives a clearly marked test-only email; it is not proof of a real purchase or delivery.
A sandbox confirmation has no real payment to refund. If you believe a real debit occurred while testing, contact support and the relevant bank/provider with the reference so the transaction can be traced.
